At Blessing Custom Creations, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted and uniquely personalized. Because of the custom nature of our work, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds once creation has begun.
 

Custom Orders

All memorials, keepsakes, and personalized creations are made specifically for each client based on details provided through our questionnaire or consultation. Once materials have been reviewed and work has started, orders are considered final and non-refundable.
 

Cancellations

Cancellations may be requested before creation begins. If an order is canceled prior to the start of work, a refund may be issued minus any costs already incurred, such as materials, design preparation, or consultation time.
 

Once creation has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
 

Deposits & Payments

Full payment is required before creation begins unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Payments made for custom work are non-refundable once production has started.
 

Natural Variations

Because each piece is handcrafted, natural variations in color, texture, and design may occur. These variations are part of the artistic process and are not considered defects.
 

Damage During Shipping

If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the damage and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly and fairly as possible.
